  • Bill,
My daughter Margaret and her husband Colin recently purchased a house in the Church Hill neighborhood and would like to renovate their front Porch. The house appears to be a Georgian Revival, built in 1913. The roof of the Porch also serves as the Balcony for the second floor. There are some structural issues typical of a house this old.

The new Owners would like an authentic renovation, but agree that some modern materials and methods will make for a better value. Would this project interest you and fit your schedule for later this year?
