Savoy Properties has been nominated every year for the Golden Hammer Awards and in 2004 won the Golden Hammer Award for the Best Residential Restoration. In 2013, Savoy was nominated in two categories for the Best Residential Restoration and for the Best Large Scale Commercial Restoration (over 5000 sq. ft). Savoy was awarded “SPECIAL RECOGNITION” for the Commercial restoration.

I’ve had storm damage from the recent storms. I have the following damages to a historic home in Jackson Ward that need repairs:

•missing/fallen roof slate
•brick wall by the chimney is separating from the house
•Bricks need to be repointed
•missing/fallen brick
